How do I become a wholesale or trade partner?

We work exclusively with approved boutique retailers, interior designers, and hospitality partners. Please email info@hamptonlaze.com with your business name, website, and type of trade to apply for a wholesale account.

What are the minimum order requirements?

Minimum order quantities apply and vary by product category. Once approved, you will see wholesale pricing and MOQs in your trade account dashboard.

Do you offer samples or swatches?

Yes. Approved trade partners can request physical swatches and sample sets. Contact us for current pricing and availability.

Ordering & Pricing

How do I place an order?

After trade account approval, log into your account to browse wholesale pricing and place orders directly on our site. We also accept orders via email for larger or custom requests.

Are wholesale prices shown on the website?

Wholesale pricing is visible only to approved trade partners after logging into your account. Retail prices are shown to the public.

Shipping & Delivery

How is shipping calculated?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, destination, and selected service. We partner with reliable carriers for both domestic and international delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide to approved trade partners. International duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Quality

What is your returns policy?

Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged items with prior approval within 14 days of delivery. We do not offer free returns or accept returns for change of mind. A restocking fee may apply in approved cases.

What is your satin made of?

Our signature satin is premium-grade polyester with a luxurious hand-feel and high sheen. It is OEKO-TEX certified and designed for durability in both retail and hospitality settings.
