Ordering

How do I place an order? +
Browse our collections, select your product and size, then click Add to Cart. Proceed to checkout to enter your shipping details and complete payment securely through our WooCommerce checkout.
Can I order multiple items together? +
Yes. Add as many items as you like to your cart and checkout in a single transaction. Each item will be produced and shipped — in most cases together, but occasionally in separate parcels depending on size.
What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and other payment methods available at checkout depending on your region.
Can I cancel or change my order? +
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placement. After that, production begins and changes are no longer possible. Email info@hamptonlaze.com immediately if you need to make a change.

Shipping

How long will my order take? +
Production takes 3–7 business days. Shipping time varies by location — typically 5–10 days within the US, 7–14 days internationally. See our full Shipping page for details.
Do you ship worldwide? +
Yes — Hampton Laze ships to most countries worldwide through our Printify fulfilment network. Shipping costs and times are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Will I receive a tracking number? +
Yes. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. If you don't receive one within 7 business days, contact us at info@hamptonlaze.com.

Products

What sizes are your comforter sets available in? +
Comforter sets are available in Twin, Full, Queen and King. Each set includes one comforter and two matching pillow shams. Visit our Size Guide for exact measurements.
What are your products made from? +
Comforters and pillow shams are made from premium microfibre. Satin pyjamas use a smooth satin-finish polyester. Square pillows and bean bag covers use spun polyester. All products meet strict quality standards.
Are the colours exactly as shown on the website? +
We make every effort to represent colours accurately. However, screen calibration varies between devices and slight colour variation is normal in digital printing. If you have specific colour requirements, contact us before ordering.
How do I care for my Hampton Laze products? +
Bedding: gentle cool wash, tumble dry on low. Sleepwear: delicate cycle, air dry recommended. Avoid ironing directly on printed areas. Do not bleach.
