These Terms of Service govern your use of the Hampton Laze website and your relationship with us as a trade partner. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Hampton Laze is a US-based company.
1. Trade Account Use
Access to wholesale pricing and ordering is restricted to approved boutique retailers, interior designers, and hospitality partners. You must provide accurate business information during account application. We reserve the right to approve or decline any application at our sole discretion.
2. Orders & Pricing
All prices shown after login are wholesale prices and exclude shipping and applicable taxes. Orders are subject to acceptance by Hampton Laze. We may cancel or limit any order at our discretion. Minimum order quantities may apply and are shown at checkout.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and service level. Delivery times are estimates only. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon shipment. International orders may incur duties and taxes payable by the recipient.
4. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged items with prior written approval within 14 days of delivery. We do not accept returns for change of mind. Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Intellectual Property
All images, product descriptions, logos, and marketing materials on this site are the property of Hampton Laze. You may use approved marketing assets to promote our products but may not alter them or use them for any other purpose without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
Hampton Laze’s liability is limited to the value of the products purchased. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of your primary business location where applicable. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of the United States.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
