Returns Policy

Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged items reported within 14 days of delivery.

All returns require pre-approval. Please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue before shipping anything back.

• Manufacturing defects or damage that occurred during transit (with photographic evidence)
• Items received that do not match the ordered specifications

We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing assumptions, or buyer’s remorse. Custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable.

1. Email info@hamptonlaze.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
2. Wait for written approval and return instructions.
3. Ship the item back in its original packaging (buyer pays return shipping unless the item is defective due to our error).
4. Once received and inspected, we will process a refund or replacement at our discretion.

Approved returns for non-defective items (where permitted) are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Refunds (minus any applicable fees) will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our conditions or arrive in unsaleable condition.

Visible damage must be reported to the carrier and to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will work with the carrier on claims where applicable.
