Production, dispatch and delivery — everything you need to know about getting your order.

Shipping Overview

All Hampton Laze products are produced on demand and fulfilled through our global manufacturing partners. Every order is individually produced to your specification, ensuring the highest quality on every item.

Production time: 3–7 business days before dispatch. This is in addition to shipping time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the size and weight of your order, and your chosen shipping method. We aim to offer the most competitive rates available through our fulfilment network.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery through the carrier's website. If you have not received a tracking number within 7 business days of ordering, please contact us at info@hamptonlaze.com.

International Customs & Duties

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and local fees may be applied by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping fees. Hampton Laze has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please first check your tracking information. If tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, contact us at info@hamptonlaze.com with your order number and we will investigate with our fulfilment partner.
