As a US-based company, Hampton Laze partners with trusted carriers to ensure your premium satin bedding and sleepwear arrives safely and efficiently. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected service level.

Processing Times

Trade orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 2–5 business days of order confirmation and payment clearance.

During peak seasons or for large/bespoke orders, processing may take up to 7 business days. We will notify you promptly if there is any delay.

International Shipping

Please provide a commercial shipping address (not PO Box) whenever possible for smoother clearance.

Tracking & Updates

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched. You can track your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Please inspect your delivery upon arrival. Any visible damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt with clear photos. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

For lost shipments, we will initiate a claim with the carrier once the transit time has exceeded the expected window.
