Order Support
I haven't received my order
Orders are produced and shipped within 3–7 business days. International shipping can take 7–21 additional days depending on your location. If your order is overdue, please email us at info@hamptonlaze.com with your order number and we'll investigate immediately.
I received a damaged or incorrect item
We're so sorry to hear this. Please email info@hamptonlaze.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because all Hampton Laze products are produced on demand, we can only cancel or modify orders within 24 hours of placement. After production begins, cancellation is not possible. Please email us immediately if you need to make a change.

What sizes are available?
Bedding is available in Twin, Full, Queen and King. Sleepwear is available in S, M, L, XL and 2XL. Visit our Size Guide for full measurements.
What are your products made from?
Our comforters and pillow shams are made from premium microfibre. Satin pyjamas are crafted from smooth satin-finish polyester. Bean bag covers and square pillows use durable spun polyester. All products are produced to strict quality standards through our Printify manufacturing network.
Are your products machine washable?
Yes. Bedding should be washed on a gentle cool cycle and tumble dried on low. Sleepwear should be washed on a delicate cycle. Avoid ironing directly on printed areas.
